Pricing and availability
Prices and availability may change until an order is confirmed and paid.
Payment
Payment is due before shipment for all orders, unless credit terms (Net 15 or Net 30) have been approved in writing for an established account.
Sales tax
Michigan sales tax applies unless a valid resale certificate (Michigan Form 3372) is on file before purchase.
Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery.
Warranties
Products are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties. Rely Supply Co. makes no additional warranty.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
