Can I order for my home — or just one case?
Absolutely. Anyone can order — no business, no account and no membership required. There’s no minimum: order a single case or a pallet. Most items come by the case — the same bulk packs the pros buy — and cleaning tools come by the pack or the piece.
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide — we ship anywhere in the U.S. from metro Detroit. Shipping is calculated from your order’s weight and destination and shown in your cart before you pay. Metro Detroit orders often ride our own routes.

How do I pay?
Place your order and pay online by card or bank transfer. It ships as soon as payment clears, with an itemized invoice emailed automatically. Net 15/30 terms are reserved for established, high-volume accounts.
Do you charge sales tax?
Michigan’s 6% sales tax applies to most orders. If your business resells product, give us your resale exemption certificate (Michigan Form 3372) once and we’ll keep it on file, and those orders are tax-exempt.
Can I get safety data sheets (SDS) and specs?
Yes. Every product ships with its safety data sheet (SDS), and we’ll email SDS and spec sheets for anything on your list the same day you ask. Need compliance binders for your buildings? We’ll put one together.
