What we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

When you order or open an account we collect the basics needed to serve you: your name, company, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, and your order history. If you use a form on this site (an order request or a product recommendation), we receive what you type into it.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment processor (WooPayments, built on Stripe). Your card number goes directly to the processor over an encrypted connection — it is never stored on our servers and our staff never sees it.

How we use your information

To fulfill and deliver orders, email you receipts, invoices and order updates, reply when you contact us, and keep your account working. Transactional email is delivered through our email provider. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies the store needs to work: keeping your cart together, keeping you signed in, and basic site function. No third-party advertising cookies.

Who we share with

Only the services it takes to run the store: our payment processor, our email delivery provider, the carriers that deliver your order, and — when you submit an order request or product-recommendation form on this site — a form-delivery service (FormSubmit) that relays what you typed to us by email. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and none of them are advertising networks.

Your choices

Want a copy of your data, a correction, or your account deleted? Email customerservice@relysupplyco.com and we will take care of it, usually the same business day.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself. Sign in and go to My Account → Delete account. Deleting is permanent: your sign-in, your profile details and every address saved in your address book are erased, and we cannot restore them later.

Your order records and invoices are kept. We are required to hold them for tax, accounting and legal compliance, so they stay in our business records after your account is gone — and any order you have already placed will still be fulfilled. If you would rather we handle the deletion for you, email customerservice@relysupplyco.com and we will do it from our end.
