Refund & Returns Policy
How returns, damaged shipments, and refunds work.
Returns
Unopened cases are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Opened chemical cases can’t be returned.
Damaged, short, or wrong items
If a shipment arrives damaged, short, or with the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We replace or credit those items at our cost.
Return freight
Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Orders paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer.
